Broadsheet’s Dine Out food festival, created in partnership with Modelo, is in full swing, with one-off chef collaborations, limited-edition menu items and more across the city from August 4 to 10. Dalston’s live-fire restaurant has a reputation for putting on a great party. Chef Andrew Clarke’s flame-focussed cooking has built up a huge fanbase among meat-eaters and vegetarians alike – and at the Dine Out closing party, he’ll prepare a one-off menu of canapes.
