Book your ticket now to Broadsheet London’s Editor’s Preview of Vesper on Thursday June 4.
One of the year’s hottest new London openings is just around the corner – and you could be one of the first to try it.
For our next Editor’s Preview event, we’re hosting dinner for Broadsheet readers at Vesper, the latest project by lauded London chef Jackson Boxer. And not only does the event include a three-course meal and welcome drink, but there’ll also be a live discussion between Boxer himself and a Broadsheet editor.
Held in the restaurant’s opening week, this Editor’s Preview is your chance to experience Vesper before the rest of London. The Exmouth Market diner follows Dove, Boxer’s Notting Hill restaurant which opened in January 2025. It drew acclaim for its beloved burger, made with a 50-day dry-aged beef patty, laced with Gorgonzola and only available to the first ten diners who order it.
Boxer is known for his creative yet approachable menus which champion seasonal ingredients. At Vesper, this will mean dishes including grilled prawns with green garlic and fried capers; glazed lamb shoulder with devilled kidney and burnt aubergine; peach, pistachio and cardamom; and more.
At this Editor’s Preview dinner, guests will enjoy a welcome drink and canapés, then a three-course dinner. During the night, a Broadsheet editor will sit down with Boxer to learn more about the chef’s vision for Vesper and the process of bringing it to life.
Tickets are £65 per person which includes the three-course set menu and a welcome drink. Additional drinks can be ordered on the evening.
Seats are limited, so book your ticket now to Broadsheet London’s Editor’s Preview of Vesper on Thursday June 4.
Please note:
Any drinks ordered on the night will be at an additional cost. A 12.5% service charge will be applied on all food and drink (total bill) and charged on the evening. Tickets are non-refundable. Please let us know about any dietary requirements or food restrictions when making your booking.
