Negroni Month Is Getting an Olive-Spiked Twist for 2026

In partnership with Campari, we’re celebrating the Dirty Negroni – aka the sip of the season. The brand is teaming up with the much-loved aperitivo brand Perelló to launch the Dirty Negroni at some of London’s top bars, with one-off supper clubs, Negroni offers, food pairings and more.

Thirteen years ago, Campari launched the inaugural Negroni Week. These days, what was intended to be a week-long celebration has evolved into a month dedicated to the classic Campari-based apéritif. For this year’s Negroni Month, Campari is taking the beloved cocktail to the next level by giving the world the Dirty Negroni – an olive brine-spiked take on the drink – in partnership with equally beloved olive brand Perelló.

This September, the Dirty Negroni is taking centre stage across London in six Negroni Lounges that are popping up in some of the capital’s best-loved bars and pubs: Equal Parts, The Shaston Arms, Lardo, Café 1001 and Next Door Records Two. As a bonus, there’s a Negroni Passport: visit all six venues and you’ll score a free Negroni. Beyond the cocktails, there’ll be free snacks, DJ takeovers and a residency from one of the world’s best bars. In partnership with Campari, we check out what’s happening around town.

Hackney Italian-inflected diner Lardo is permanently turning its adjacent bar, Bastardo, into a Campari red-soaked lounge. For Negroni Month, it’ll host quizzes with Negronis and Perelló snacks, pasta masterclasses, a Perelló supper club and Soft Landing Sundays, soundtracked by DJs from Next Door Records. Speaking of Next Door Records: at its Shepherd’s Bush outpost, it’s serving a menu of £8 Negronis served with one-off snacks from Lardo, and weekly Saturday vinyl sessions.

Over on Hackney Road, Equal Parts is also getting in on the Italian-inflected action. On September 20 and 21, it’s hosting a takeover from Bar Mauro, an old school Milan-themed bar from Mexico City that sits at number 54 on the World’s Best Bars ranking. Plus, every Wednesday it’s pairing snacks from London Fields Italian-skewer joint Auguste with its signature aperitivo cocktails, and donating £1 per drink to Hackney Foodbank.

At Café 1001 on Brick Lane, it’ll be £5 Negronis all month, plus DJ sets every Saturday, with a line-up including Nina Yamada, Alexander Nut and Mari* & Hutch present: Rizumu, Zaffa and Miche.

The official Campari & Perelló Aperitivo Day Party will take over Robin Gill’s Venetian-inspired wine and cocktail spot Bar Brasso, in Nine Elms, on September 19. Running from 2pm till midnight, it’ll have a headline DJ set from Owen Cutts, free bar snacks and merch giveaways. Get your tickets here.

Finally, at The Shaston Arms – the intimate gastropub by the team behind The Waterman’s Arms in Barnes – there are £5 Negronis with Perelló olives on the house every Sunday, and a closing party with a DJ on September 27.

Beyond the takeovers, a clutch of leading London hospitality groups are offering Negroni specials, too. Fatto a Mano is doing a Negroni that is inspired by a Margherita pizza, with olive oil-washed gin, sweet vermouth, Campari, fresh basil and upcycled Vesuvius tomato water. Slayer Notting Hill is doing £7 Negronis for the whole month (one classic and three twists, including the Dirty Negroni). Caia Notting Hill is offering a Negroni and Cannoli deal, with a choice of one classic or three twists including the Dirty Negroni. And in Belsize Park, Aperivino is doing lots of twists on the classic (including the Dirty Negroni).

Download the Young’s On Tap app and you can claim a free Negroni treat at participating venues across the UK. And a bunch of beloved London spots are also getting in on the action, serving Dirty Negronis throughout the month – get yours at Rita’s Soho, Bloodsports, Polpo, Sophie’s Soho and Equal Parts.

Negroni Month runs until September 27.
