A feast at Pavyllon, a wine flight at Milk Beach and street food inspired-Thai platters are just some of what you could enjoy in an unforgettable week of dining. In partnership with Taste of London, we’re giving you and three friends the chance to win seven dinners in seven nights.

There's no excuse to settle for boring dinners this June. Taste of London festival is once again taking over Regent's Park from June 17–21, in an explosion of bold flavours, exciting juxtapositions and chef-led feasting experiences. And this year, the action is extending off the grass, and onto the streets of some of London's liveliest culinary neighbourhoods. Taste of the City is a new seven-day programme running during the week of Taste of London, with specially curated menus and supper clubs at top restaurants including The Melusine, Milk Beach, Apricity and Chet's. These limited-edition events will give you a delicious intro to new cuisines and ways of eating, dreamt up by the chefs behind this city's most hyped spots.

Of course, you can browse the full Taste of the City programme online, and book a night or two to remember. But the lucky winner of our competition will get something even better: the chance to savour a full week's worth of dining experiences, plucked straight from its line-up. Here's what they'll feast on, winning bookings for four people at the following spots:

The week begins with a Monday night table at Michelin-starred Mayfair restaurant Pavyllon London, which will serve up a night of modern French cooking. There'll be a welcome drink on arrival, followed by a curated selection of seasonal dishes and completed with Pavyllon’s signature chocolate.

Tuesday offers an injection of precisely honed, bold flavours courtesy of Japanese spot Roka, which will offer a multi-course Teishoku menu with bubbles to start and a sweet mochi to finish.

Then, it's time for fire-kissed, summery Wednesday night at Cinder, a north London restaurant that'll serve up a sharing menu designed to be enjoyed together: think shrimp toast, charred brassicas and more.

Thursday offers an odyssey into the world of Australian wines at Soho's Milk Beach, which will serve up a flight of intriguing glasses paired with seasonal small plates.

To kick off the weekend, on Friday you’ll head west to Chet’s, the Thai-American diner inside The Hoxton, Shepherd’s Bush. Here, diners will choose from a selection of Thai street market-inspired platters, including spicy side salads, sticky rice and coconut sorbet with Alphonso mango pulp and caramel fish sauce.

On Saturday, our winner will head to Apricity for a one-off event during Taste of the City, which will see chef-owner Chantelle Nicholson serve a locally sourced four-course menu paired with English wines from Blackbook. Nicholson will host a discussion with Blackbook founder Sergio Verillo about the journey from field to glass.

Then, the week comes to a sumptuous end with Sunday dinner at Nipotina, which'll offer a four-course masterclass in coastal Italian dining, in an intimate Mayfair ristorante.

These seven spectacular dinners are up for grabs for a Londoner who's ready to embark on the ultimate culinary adventure. Enter your details below to be in with a chance.
